Prima dell'installazione e messa in funzione
Attenzione! I tubi d'alimentazione devono essere sciacquati con cura prima dell'installazione del miscelatore, in modo che non rimangano trucioli, residui di saldatura o canapa, o altre impurità
all'interno dei tubi. Attraverso tubazioni non sciacquate a fondo o attraverso la rete idrica generale, nel miscelatore possono entrare corpi estranei in grado di danneggiare le guarnizioni/guarnizioni
ad anello e/o cartucce/vitoni. Al fine di garantire una lunga durata del prodotto installare i rubinetti sottolavabo dotati di filtro, da pulire periodicamente. Prima della messa in funzione, svitare
l'aeratore e sciacquare molto bene.
SOSTITUZIONE DELLA CARTUCCIA (Fig.1)
Prima di sostituire la cartuccia, accertarsi che il raccordo dell'acqua sia chiuso. Svitare la vite di fissaggio (2), utilizzando una chiave esagonale da 2,5mm. Estrarre la maniglia dalla cartuccia,
sollevare la ghiera copricartuccia (3) facendo leva (come in figura) tramite l'apposita scanalatura di riferimento, svitare la ghiera di fissaggio (4), allontanare l'anello indicatore e togliere la cartuccia
(5) dal corpo del miscelatore (6). In seguito introdurre la nuova cartuccia, accertandosi che le due spine di centraggio siano nella loro sede e che le guarnizioni siano correttamente posizionate.
MONTAGGIO DEI MONOCOMANDI LAVABO/BIDET (Fig. 2)
Prima di inserire il monocomando nel foro del lavello assicurarsi che la guarnizione di base (7) sia ben posizionata nella propria sede e che i flessibili di alimentazione (11) siano ben avvitati al corpo
del rubinetto. Sistemare il monocomando sul foro del lavello e posizionare sulla vite prigioniera (8) la guarnizione sagomata (10) e la flangia (9). Serrare a fondo il tirante (12) utilizzando una chiave
da 11mm. Collegare l'astina di comando dello scarico (13) alla piletta (14) per mezzo del morsetto a snodo. Procedere al collegamento dei flessibili alla rete idrica di alimentazione.
MONTAGGIO GRUPPO VASCA SINGOLO, CON SUPPORTO DOCCIA FISSO - DUPLEX E GRUPPO DOCCIA ESTERNO (Fig.3)
Avvitare l'eccentrico alla parete, controllando che tra il muro finito e l'estremità di quest'ultimo vi sia una distanza di 30-32mm (l'interasse tra i due eccentrici dovrà essere di 150mm). Avvitare il
rosone all'eccentrico tenendo presente che la filettatura che deborda servirà per fissare il corpo alla parete. Avvitare i dadi esagonali con una chiave da 30mm, dopo aver serrato i dadi posizionare
i rosoni contro la parete, interponendo la guarnizione di tenuta (15). Per i modelli con supporto doccia fisso (16) praticare due fori da Ø6mm e distanti 21mm in verticale all'altezza desiderata.
Inserire i tasselli in plastica e avvitare il supporto utilizzando le viti autofilettanti in dotazione. Per i modelli con duplex (17) praticare due fori da Ø6mm distanti 18mm in orizzontale secondo

lo schema rappresentato in FIG. 3 e avvitare quindi il supporto al muro. Avvitare infine il flessibile di alimentazione alla doccetta dalla parte conica e al corpo del rubinetto dalla parte zigrinata
interponendo le guarnizioni di tenuta in dotazione.
MONTAGGIO DOPPIO FLESSIBILE PER BATTERIA BORDO VASCA E/O CON DEVIATORE (Fig.4)
Sostituzione flessibile a doppia aggraffatura: La sostituzione del flessibile a doppia aggraffatura (19) è possibile perché corredato di flessibile di prolunga intrecciato (18) da 500mm il quale
permette la sostituzione del primo per estrazione senza dover smontare le altre parti della batteria. In caso di sostituzione sfilare completamente il flessibile a doppia aggraffatura fino al raccordo
con il flessibile di prolungamento, quindi svitarlo. Sostituire il tubo danneggiato con uno nuovo con procedimento inverso.
Per installare il deviatore sul bordo della vasca è necessario praticare un foro da Ø30mm. Per collegare correttamente i flessibili di ingresso e uscita dell'acqua attenersi a quanto rappresentato
nella FIG. 4.

MONTAGGIO MISCELATORE INCASSO DOCCIA CON/O SENZA DEVIATORE (Fig.5)
Assicurare la piastra a muro (21) al corpo incassato (20) avvitandovi il grano (22) in dotazione avendo cura di posizionarla contro la parete. Nel caso si disponga della versione del miscelatore
con il deviatore avvitare il pomolo di comando (23) dello stesso nell'apposita sede posta sul corpo incassato. Installare quindi il rosone (24), inserire la maniglia (25) ed assicurarla al corpo per
mezzo dell'apposito grano di fissaggio (26) in dotazione.
MONTAGGIO ASTA SALISCENDI (Fig. 6)
Prima di procedere con l'installazione dell'asta saliscendi è necessario praticare due fori di Ø6mm posizionati a 523mm (più o meno 5mm di tolleranza) tra gli interassi sull'asse verticale. Applicarvi
quindi i tasselli in dotazione e fissare i distanziali (27) con le apposite viti (28) avendo cura di posizionarli in modo da agevolare l'istallazione dell'asta su di essi. Dopo aver inserito i due particolari
interni (29) avendo cura di posizionare le forature degli stessi e dell'asta sul medesimo asse, fissare l'asta (30) inserendo la parte sporgente delle viti precedentemente avvitate a parete nei fori
dell'asta fino alla battuta, quindi assicurare l'asta avvitando i grani (31) in dotazione. Infine incastrare i tappi (32) a pressione alle estremità dell'asta.
MONTAGGIO RUBINETTO DI ARRESTO A INCASSO DA 1/2" (Fig.7)
Incassare il corpo del rubinetto nel muro tenendo la distanza di 20mm tra la parte superiore del filetto del rubinetto e del muro finito. Questo, se montato correttamente dovrebbe avere, con la
maniglia assemblata un'altezza di circa 75±5mm dal piano. In caso di errata installazione utilizzare la prolunga (33) in dotazione.
Before installation and setting to work
Attention! The feeding pipes have to be rinsed thoroughly before the installation of the mixer, so that no shavings, welding or hemp residual or other dirt can be found in the pipes. Foreign bodies
can enter the mixer through the rinsed pipes or the general water plant and could damage the washers/ring washers and/or cartridges/headvalves. In order to guarantee a long use of the product,
install the angle valve equipped with filter and clean them regularly. Before the setting to work, unscrew the aerator and rinse it very well.
REPLACEMENT OF THE CARTRIDGE (Fig.1)
Before carrying out this operation make sure that water connection is closed. Unscrew the fastening screw (2) using an Allen wrench, take out the handle (1), removing it from the cartridge (5).
Lift the finishing ring nut (3) using the reference notch (as indicated in the figure). Unscrew the fixing ring nut (4) and take the cartridge (5) out form the mixer body (6). Then put the new cartridge,
verifying that the two centering pins enter into the respective seats and that gaskets are well positioned.
ASSEMBLY OF WASH-BASIN/BIDET SINGLE-HAND MIXER (Fig. 2)
Before inserting the single-hand mixer into the hole of the sink, make sure that the base gasket (7) is correctly positioned in its own housings and that the supply flexible tubes (11) are correctly
screwed to the body of the tap. Put the single-hand mixer on the hole of the sink and position the shaped gasket (10) and the flange (9) on the stud bolt. Tighten up the tie rod or tie rods (12) by
using a 11mm key. Connect the exhaust control rod (13) to the drain (14) by means of the articulated clamp. Connect the flexible tubes (11) to the water mains.
ASSEMBLY OF SINGLE BATH-TUB UNIT, BATH-TUB UNIT WITH FIXED-DUPLEX SHOWER SUPPORT AND EXTERNAL SHOWER UNIT (Fig. 3)
Screw the cam to the wall, checking that between the finished wall and its end there is a distance of 30-32mm (the distance between the centers of both cams shouldbe 150mm). Screw the hood
to the cam bearing in mind that the overflowing threading will be for fixing the body to the wall. Screw the hexagonal nuts by means of a 30mm key, after having closely knit the nuts, place the
rosettes on the walls, by interposing the seal (15). For the models with fixed shower support (16), make two holes of Ø6mm, at a vertical distance of 21mm and at the desired height . Insert the
plastic dowels and screw the support by using the self-threading screws set for the purpose. For the models with duplex (17), make two holes of Ø6mm, at a horizontal distance of 18mm according

to the diagram of Fig. 3, then screw the support to the wall. Finally, screw the supply hose to the shower from the conical part and to the body of the tap from the knurled part, by interposing the
seals set for the purpose.
ASSEMBLY OF DOUBLE HOSE FOR BATH-TUB EDGE MIXER AND/OR WITH DIVERTING VALVE (Fig. 4)
Replacement of double-clinching hose: The replacement of the double-clinching hose (19) is possibile, because it is equipped with a braided extension flexible device (18) of 500mm which
allows to replace the former by extraction without having to disassemble the other parts of the mixer. In case of replacement, remove the double-clinching flexible pipe completely as far as the

union with the extension flexible device, then unscrew it. Replace the damaged pipe with a new one by applying the opposite procedure.
Assembly of two-way diverting valve To install the diverting valve on the edge of the bath-tub, it is necessary to make a hole of Ø30mm. To correctly connect the water inlet and outlet hoses,
comply with Fig. 4.
ASSEMBLY OF SHOWER BUILT-IN MIXER WITH OR WITHOUT DIVERTING VALVE (Fig. 5)
Place the wall mounted plate (21) to the built in body (20) by screwing up the given nut (22) caring to position it onto the wall. In case you have the mixer with the diverter, screw the knob (23) into
the seating placed on the built in body. At this stage place the rosette (24), insert the handle (25) and fix it to the body by means of the given fixing nut (26).
SLIDING RAIL ASSEMBLYING (Fig. 6)
Before installing the sliding rail make two Ø6mm holes positioned at 523mm (with 5mm tolerance) on the vertical interaxe. Place then the given dowels and fix the spacers (27) with the given screws
(28). After having inserted the two internal elements (29) fix the sliding rail (30) by screwing up the given nuts (31). Finally place the cover plates (32) onto the sliding rail ends.
ASSEMBLY OF 1/2" BUILT-IN SHUTOFF VALVE (Fig. 7)
Built the body of the tap in the wall by keeping a distance of 20mm between the upper part of the thread of the tap and the finished wall. The latter, if correctly assembled, should have with the
handle a height of about 75±5mm from the surface. In case of wrong installation, use the extension (33) set for the purpose.

Attention! Les tubes d'alimentation doivent être rincés avec soin avant l'installation du mélangeur, de façon qu'il ne reste pas de riblons, de restes de soudure ou de chanvre, ou d'autres saletés
à l'intérieur des tubes. A travers les tuyauteries qui ne sont pas bien rincées ou à travers l'installation hydrique générale, des corps étrangers peuvent entrer dans le mélangeur et abîmer les
joints/ les joints à anneau et/ou cartouches/têtes. Dans le but de garantir une longue durée du produit, instaure les robinets sous lavabo munis du filtre et nettoie-les régulièrement. Avant la mise
en fonction, dévisser l'aérateur et bien rincer.
REMPLACEMENT DE LA CARTOUCHE (Fig.1)
Avant d'effectuer la substitution de la cartouche, vérifier que la connexion de l'eau est fermée. Dévisser la vis de fixation (2) utilisant une clé à griffe, extraire en suite la poignée (1) en la soulevant
de la cartouche (5). Soulever la virole de finition (3) en utilisant (comme indiqué en la figure) la rainure de référence. Dévisser la virole de fixation (4) et enlever la cartouche (5) du corps de mitigeur
(6). Introduire enfin la cartouche nouvelle, en vérifiant que les deux pivots de centrage entrent dans les sièges respectifs et que les garnitures sont bien positionnées.
MONTAGE DES BLOCS DES ROBINETS POUR LE LAVABO/BIDET (Fig.2)
Avant d'introduire le monocommande dans le trou de l'évier il faut s'assurer que le joint de base (7) soit bien positionné à sa place et que les tubes flexibles d'alimentation (11) soient bien vissés au
corps du robinet. Placer le monocommande sur le trou de l'évier et placer sur le boulon prisonnier le joint façonné (10) à la bride (9). Serrer à fond le tirant ou les tirants (12) en utilisant une clé de
11mm. Raccorder la tige de commande de l'écoulement (13) au fouloir (14) au moyen de l'étau articulé. Procéder à l'assemblage des tuyaux flexibles (11) au réseau hydrique d'alimentation.
MONTAGE DU GROUPE INDIVIDUEL DE LA BAIGNOIRE, AVEC LE SUPPORT FIXE DE LA DOUCHE ET LE GROUPE EXTERIEUR DE LA DOUCHE (Fig.3)
Visser la came à la paroi, en contrôlant qu'entre le mur fini et son extrémité il y ait une distance de 30-32mm (l'entre-axe entre les deux cames devra être de 150mm). Visser la rosace à la came en
tenant compte que le filetage qui déborde servira pour fixer le corps à la paroi. Visser les écrous hexagonaux au moyen d'une clé de 30mm, fixer les ècrous et positionner les rosaces sur la paroi,
en interposant le joint d'étanchéité (15). Pour les modèles avec le support fixe pour la douche (16), faire deux trous de Ø6mm et distancés de 21mm en vertical à la hauteur désirée. Introduire
les goujons en plastique et visser le support en utilisant les vis autofiletées en dotation. Pour les modèles en duplex (17) faire deux trous de Ø6mm et distancés de 18mm en horizontal selon le
schéma représenté dans la Fig. 3 et visser ensuite le support au mur. Visser enfin le flexible d'alimentation à la douche du côté conique et au corps du robinet du côté moleté en interposant les
20 mm
joints d'étanchéité en dotation.
MONTAGE DU FLEXIBLE DOUBLE POUR MELANGEUR DU BORD DE LA BAIGNOIRE ET/OU AVEC UN INVERSEUR (Fig.4)
Remplacement du flexible avec un double agrafage: Il est possible de remplacer le flexible avec un double agrafage (19), parce qu'il est pourvu d'un flexible avec une rallonge tressée (18)
de 500 mm, ce qui permet le remplacement du flexible avec une extraction sans démonter les autres parties du melangeur. En cas de remplacement il faut désenfiler complètement le tuyau
flexible avec un double agrafage jusqu'au raccord avec le flexible de prolongement, donc le dévisser. Remplacer le tube endommagé avec un nouveau tube avec un procédé inverse. Montage
de l'inverseur à deux voies.
Pour installer l'inverseur sur le bord de la baignoire il faut faire un trou de Ø30mm. Pour raccorder correctement les flexibles d'entrée et de sortie de l'eau, il faut s'en tenir à ce qui a été décrit
