Operating Instructions VAS 6774
APPLICATION
Even extremely small quantities of petrol can lead to problems in diesel fuel systems. The undesired impurities
lead to the corrosion of engine parts which can lead later to the failure of individual components.
The VAS 6774 can be used for an initial test before every diagnosis of a diesel system. The proof of contamination
with petrol is possible from a proportion of 0.2 %.
The power supply of the VAS 6774 is made exclusively from a 12V DC supply (for example, an external battery).
The VAS 6774 must be used exclusively for the applications named above.
