Spray griddle plates with a release fat for three to four times. Thus, the rough-cast pores will be closed and there
is a separate coating.
Set the desired temperature (300°C). The optimum temperature for grilling is in the range 200° to 250°C. The heating
time is about 10 minutes.
After setting the desired temperature, the temperature indicator light (green) lights up, indicating that the unit is heating
up.
Take the unit into operation.
To switch off the device, bring the thermostats in position "0" and the POWER-switch to "OFF".

The unit will become very hot during operation. Do not touch the hot surfaces of the device. Use the handle of the device.
Operation after pre-heating:
Each griddle plate of the double contact grill has its own thermostat, so that they can be set and used separately.
When the set temperature is reached, the temperature indicator light goes off and you can start with grilling.
Open the heated device. Take care when folding the upper griddle plate that this is opened up to the stop.
Bring something edible vegetable oil on the bottom grill plate and place on it the food gradually. Close the griddle plates.
Leave the dishes in mind until the end of cooking.

Touching hot food with your fingers or hands will result in burns to the hands and fingers! Use only wooden spatula or heat-
resistant plastic spatula for removal of the finished grilled goods.

Por favor, tenga en cuenta los pasos siguientes antes del primero manejo de su parrilla de contacto:
Conecte el utensilio con una caja de enchufe de partido individual puesto a tierra.
El utensilio se debe poner a tierra de suficiente manera.
Conecte el utensilio con el Interruptor, lámpara de testigo de matcha ( rojo)
Deje Calentar el utensilio en 200°C y deje conectado aprox. 1 hora. Grasa industrial
causa humo. Este humo no es peligroso y solo se forma por el primer uso.
Aplica la placa 3 o 4 veces con un graso, con ello los poros groseros del chorro se cierran y se forma un
propio revestimiento.
Regule su temperatura deseada ( hasta 300°C). La temperatura óptima está de approx. 200° - 250°C. El grill de
contacto necesita más o menos 10 minutos.
La lámpara de temperatura brilla verde cuando el utensilio calienta.
Ponga en marcha
Para desconectar el utensilio regula el termostato a la posición "0" y el interruptor en la posicion "Off"
