6 User instruction
Recommended airflow:
• Cars: minimum of 400 m
• Trucks and buses: minimum of 1500 m
6.1 Connection
1
Open the station door and start the exhaust ex-
traction fan.
2
Drive the vehicle to the intended place.
3
Fit the nozzle on the exhaust pipe with the grip at-
tachment.
6.2 Disconnection
1
Open the station door and stop the exhaust ex-
traction fan.
2
Disconnect the nozzle from the vehicle. Hang up
the hose in the hose suspension.
3
Drive the vehicle out of the station.
The hose can withstand 150 °C (hose type NFC
300 °C) for continuous running. Use at high-
er temperatures will shorten the life of the
product. Therefore, avoid tasks that require
extended periods of continuous running which
will generate high exhaust temperatures.
7 Maintenance
In order to ensure that the system continues to oper-
ate correctly, the following should be checked once a
year or more often depending on the amount of use.
Defective and worn parts should be replaced immedi-
ately.
1
The nozzle's internal contact surface. Clean when
necessary.
2
The grip function in the nozzle.
3
The hoses.
4 Check the airflow (cars 400 m
3
1500 m
/h) in the nozzle opening with an airflow
indicator. If required, check the fan impeller rota-
tion direction and/or damper function.
