INTRODUCTION
For correct use of the machine and to avoid accidents, do not
start working until you have read this manual carefully. You will
find explanations concerning the operation of the various parts
plus instructions for necessar y checks and relative
maintenance.

DESCRIPTION OF THE MACHINE AND FIELD OF USE
This machine is a gardening tool, specifically a portable
hedgetrimmer with a battery-powered electric motor, intended
for non-professional use.
The machine basically consists of a power unit and a pair of
tooth blades, powered by a mechanism that can provide a
reciprocal rectilinear motion.
The safety systems prevent the blades accidentally moving in
the absence of an operator.
The user can operate the main controls while always keeping a
safe distance from the cutting device.
Intended use
This machine was designed and built for trimming and leveling
hedges, consisting of shrubs with small branches and in any
case applicable to the characteristics of the machine.
Misuse
Any other use, differing from those mentioned above, can be
hazardous and cause damage to persons and/or property. The
following fall under misuse (by way of example, but not limited to):

cutting grass in general and especially next to curbs;

chopping up composting material;

pruning trees;
-
using the machine for cutting materials of non-vegetable
origin;

using the machine by more than one person;

using cutting devices different from those provided. Risk
of serious injury or damage.
Misuse of the machine shall void the warranty and
manufacturer's liability, leaving the user liable for costs deriving
from damage or injury to the user or to others.

battery separately from the machine. Follow local

bears pictograms intended to remind you of the main
precautions for use. Their meaning is explained below. We also
recommend that you carefully read the safety rules given in the
relevant chapter of this manual.
