(2) The total value of the declared vibration has been measured
using a standard test method and can be used to compare one
tool with another; the total value of the declared vibration can
also be used in a preliminary exposure assessment.
WARNING: the emission of vibrations during the actual
use of the power tool may differ from the total declared
value depending on the method of use of the tool.
Safety measures to protect the operator based on an exposure
estimate in the actual conditions of use (taking into account all
parts of the operating cycle, such as the times when the tool is
switched off and when it is inactive in addition to the trigger
time) must be identified.
2. SAFETY RULES
(to be strictly followed)
GENERAL SAFETY WARNINGS FOR POWER TOOLS
WARNING! Read all safety warnings and all instructions.
Failure to follow the safety warnings and instructions may
result in electric shock, fire and/or serious injury.
WARNING! Local regulations may restrict the age of the
operator or the use of the machine.
CAUTION: damaged or illegible adhesive labels must be
replaced. Request new labels from an Authorized Service
Center.

3) Personal safety
a) Stay alert, check what you are doing and use common sense
when using a power tool. Do not use the power tool while
you are tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or
medication. A moment of distraction while operating a
power tool may result in serious personal injury.
b) Use protective clothing. Always wear protective spectacles.
The use of protective equipment such as dust masks, non-
skid safety shoes, hard hats, or ear muffs, reduces personal
injury.
c) Prevent unintentional starting. Make sure the tool is
switched off before inserting the battery, picking up or
carrying the power tool. Carrying a power tool with the
finger on the switch and the battery installed promotes
accidents.
d) Remove each adjusting key or wrench before operating the
power tool. A key or wrench left attached to a rotating part
may result in personal injury.
e) Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all
times. This allows better control of the power tool in
unexpected situations.
f) Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelery. Keep
your hair, clothing and gloves away from moving parts.
Loose clothes, jewelery or long hair can be caught in moving
parts.
g) If devices are provided for the connection of dust extraction
and collection systems, ensure these are connected and
properly used. The use of these devices can reduce dust-
related hazards.
