Turn the steam knob (K) and let the steam arm release steam for at least 3 minutes.

When finished, close the steam supply knob (K).

Put under the hot water tap a large bowl.

Turn the hot water knob (E) and let warm water flow until the water tank is completely
empty (J).
At the end of this washing phase, it is possible to start steam/hot water normal dispensing.

MACHINE OPERATION AND USE

The JASMINE machine can deliver coffee at the same time because it has completely
independent extraction groups.
NOTE: On the fisrt use in the day, it is suggested to supply two cups of hot water from each coffee
group without capsule so that to eliminate the residual water in the hydraulic circuit.

Make sure that the tank is filled with fresh water: do not use distilled or demineralized water
for making coffee (version with inner tank).

Make sure that the machine is well connected to the water mains and that there is enough
pressure in the system (version with direct connection to the water piping system).

Insert the plug into the power supply socket.

Make sure that the main machine switch (L) is set on the ON position.

Make sure that the coffee groups general switch (ON/OFF) (D) is set on the ON position.

Remove the capsule from its protective packaging by tearing the edge

Fit a capsule inside the bottom capsule holder, making sure that it is well centred.

Push the closing lever (S) downwards until it stops in order to tighten the pod holder.

Place the cup on the cup holder rack (H)

Press the coffee brewing switch (B) (version without volumetric dosing, fig.1). When the
required amount of coffee has been delivered, press the coffee brewing switch (B) again to
stop delivery (version without volumetric dosing, fig.1).

Press the coffee brewing switch ( Z for long and X for espresso) (version with volumetric
dosing, fig.2)

Once the coffee has been delivered, move the closure lever (S) up (initial position) and
remove the used coffee capsule.
IMPORTANT: In the machine stop position, the lever needs to be moved upwards.
NOTE (version with volumetric dosing, fig.2): If the machine has never been programmed,
press the button again to stop dispensing coffee brewing. If the machine has been programmed, the
