12 Our equipment is designed with the technical safety features required; customers are
advised to comply strictly with the instructions given in this manual.
13 Original spare parts must be used in order to maintain the original characteristics and the
validity of the certification.
14 Disconnect the pneumatic supply during maintenance or when changing adapters.
15 After these operations always replace any guards removed before connecting the
equipment to the pneumatic supply.
16 The test fluid "Q solvent", supplied by O+P, fully complies with the EU regulations on the
safety of chemical products; to dispose of it after use, and of any containers
contaminated by it, refer to the regulations in effect ( DL. No. 22 5/2/97 and subsequent
amendments). O+P disposes of the product sheet and safety profile for your information.

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE MACHINE

SPEEDY CLEAN is a device designed for rapid removal of residues of cutting, skiving and
clamping hoses used in hydraulic circuits.
Cleaning is done by means of a gun on which an adapter made of universal nylon is installed
which can be used to wash both large and small pipes
the hose and its cleansing action, combined with the pressure of the spray, removes any
deposits.

Composition of the machine:

• A supporting framework in bars and sheet metal, which holds the tank with the degreasing
solvent, a discharge chute for the pipes
metal compartment and a cover on the left sight of the machine where the pneumatic parts
are located.
• Cleaning unit consisting of a gun on which an adapter made of universal nylon is installed
which can be used to wash pipes , measuring from 1/4" to 2".
• Drive organs consisting of a multiplier, pneumatic valves and parts. The multiplication ratio
is about one to ten.
• Safety devices against work-related hazards.
