INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Before beginning the pressing, the following check list must be read very carefully:

1. Connect the pneumatic supply to the connector (pos.1 figure 1) maintaining a pressure of
6 bar.
Raise the support of the hoses (fig. 5 ,pos. 2) and fix it with the four appropriate screws to
the washing slide (fig. 5, pos.1) (SEE HANDLING/TRANSPORT)

2. Place the hoses to be washed on the washing chute (fig.3,pos.3) and place them inside
the protective rubber (fig.3.pos.4), using all the necessary safety devices in this stage of
operations (gloves, goggles, mask).
3. Open the tap (pos.5 figure 3) (pos.1, figure1) on the machine so that the air flows, then
the multiplier starts to work.
4. How to use the gun:
• If you only want to blow air into the hose, close the regulation tap (figure3, pos.8) and
press the trigger ( pos.6 figure 3) on the gun part way
• If you want to combine the action of the detergent with the pressure of the cleaning
liquid, press the trigger (pos.6 figure 3) on the gun all the way and open the regulation
tap (figure3, pos.8).
• If you only want to spray washing liquid, close the regulation tap (pos.8 figure 3) on the
spray gun and press the trigger (pos.6 figure 3) on the gun.
6 Stop washing when you presume the hose is clean enough.
7 Let the liquid run out of the hose by leaving it on the discharge chute for a few seconds,
and press lightly the trigger on the gun to blow air into the hose.
