Position 1 - Lever forward. The implement will lower to reach the draft set.
Position 2 - Lever back. the implement will raise as long as the lever is pulled
back. Once the maximum height has been reached, the limit switch will stop
the left. When the lever is released, it will reset to its neutral position 0.
Regulating lift sensitivity
When work in controlled draft mode, you can adjust lift sensitivity using flowrate
regulator n.31 fig.1
• Turn the knob anticlockwise to reduce lift sensitivity.
• Turn the knob clockwise to increase left sensitivity.
4.9.4 Combined regulation
(only for controlled draft lifts)
Ideal for jobs that require constant draft and preventing implement depths that
exceed previously set levels.
Controls:
- P Sets implement at the required height. Lower lever A to position 1; turn
potentiometer P until the implement reaches the required position. Turn
towards the minus (-) sign, the implement will lower; turned towards the plus
(+) sign, the implement will rise. AFTER regulating the position, operate the
left with lever A.
When the implement is lowered, it will be positioned at the height set as long
as the draw power is lower than that set.
- S This enables the draft to be set within the limits of the tractor's non-slip
performance above a preset position which can be regulated.
Once the working depth has been set as described above, set the draft force
by turning potentiometer S until the implement reaches the required position
or, in any even, one will within the tractor's non-slip performance level.
Turn towards the plus (+) sign and draft decreases by limiting working depth;
turn towards the minus (-) sign, draft increases with a corresponding
increase in working depth. After setting draft, operate the lift with lever A.
When the implement is lowered, it will be positioned at the set height.
- A:
Position 0 - Lever in its middle position. The lift is in neutral. The implement
stays in the position is was
Position 1 - Lever forward. The implement lowers until it reaches the set work
position until the draft exceeds the set level.
Position 2 - Lever back. The implement raises as long as the lever is pulled
back. When the maximum height has been reached, the limit switch will stop
the lift rising. When the lever is released, it will automatically reset to its
neutral position 0.
4.9.5 Lift safety lock
During on-road driving, shut lift delivery lines by turning the flowrate regulator
n.31 fig.1 clockwise. This will prevent the implement from dropping accidentally
during on-road driving.
