Removing and installing the
separating board
Unscrew screws 5 together with
X
washers 6 and stopper nuts 7 on both
sides of separating board 1.
Remove spacers 8.
X
Slightly raise suspending mounts 4 and
X
remove separating board 1 downwards
out of suspending mounts 4.
Notes on installation:
To install, perform the steps in reverse order.
In doing so, please note:
Separating board 1 must be positioned with
logo 2 facing in the direction of the tailgate.
Spacers 8 must be positioned such that the
chamfered edge is facing inwards.
You must use new stopper nuts 7 and
tighten them to a torque of 6 Nm.

Installing and removing the
suspending mounts
Completely unscrew thumb screws 3 and

remove spacer discs 9, springs a and
plates b.
Loosen screws c and slide rollers d
X
down.
Remove suspending mounts 4 from guide
X
rails e.
Notes on installation:
To install, perform the steps in reverse order.
In doing so, please note:
In all positions, distance (A) from suspending
mounts 4 to guide rails e must not exceed
1 mm.
Rollers d must not be positioned too close
to guide rails e as suspending mounts 4
will otherwise be difficult to move.
