General Safety Instructions
When installing, starting-up and operating the

machine, always observe the following safety
instructions:
DANGER:
This product does not comply with the ATEX
Directive.
▷ Do not use in explosive atmospheres!
▷ Do not operate with explosive gases or mix-
tures!
WARNING:
Fire hazard!
▷ In case of unexpected processes in the furnace
(for example, strong smoke development or
odour nuisance), switch the furnace off imme-
diately and allow the furnace to cool down to
room temperature.
CAUTION:
A defective machine can lead to malfunctions!
On detection of damage or a functional defect of
the machine:
▷ Label the machine as defective.
▷ Prevent further operation until the machine
has been repaired.
WARNING:
Operation with power sources, products, con-
sumables, auxiliary aids, etc., which are subject
to the Ordinance on Hazardous Substances or in
any way have an impact on the health of the
operating personnel, is not permitted.

NOTE:
▷ Switch the machine off when not in use or
unsupervised for longer periods, e.g., over-
night. This method of saving electrical energy
also benefits the environment.
NOTE:
Increased wear of door gasket, insulation, heat-
ing rods and furnace housing!
▷ Avoid opening the furnace when in hot condi-
tion (above 200 °C)!

NOTE:
Starting-up and operation of the machine may
only be carried out by trained specialised per-
sonnel.
