STATIONARY USE (FIG. 9)
This machine can be mounted to a bench for sta-
tionary use.
▪ Place the rubber pad (15) on the bench as indi-
cated by the inscriptions. Never mount the ma-
chine onto the bench without the rubber pad.
▪ Turn the machine upside down and centre it on
the rubber pad. The mounting holes (17) shall
face towards the operator.
▪ Insert the mounting pins of the clamps (16) into
the mounting holes (17).
▪ Use the clamps (16) to fasten the machine onto
the bench.
▪ Tighten the clamps with the wing nuts by hand.
Make sure the clamps are tightened properly
but do not over tighten.
▪ Make sure the machine is securely fastened to
the bench before switching the machine on.
The machine can be set to continuous operation
by means of the lock-on button (4).
MOUNTING THE SANDING FRAME
The wide footprint of the sanding frame enables
the entire assembly to glide over uneven surfaces
and prevents sander tilting and gouging.
When flatness is important and the surface is
large, like a floor or a table top, always use the
sanding frame.
Put the sanding frame (14) on the machine and
insert the four straps into the slots (13). (Fig. 10)
Rotate the knurled adjustment bolt at the rear of
the sanding frame (14) to fasten or release the
frame. (Fig. 11)
ACCESSORIES
Dust bag, 80 grit sanding belt fitted on the ma-
