FUYL Tower™

TROUBLESHOOTING

Display is lit up, but blank when FUYL Tower
powers up.
Display is dark when FUYL Tower powers up.
FUYL Tower powers up with an error message.
A socket within one of the lockers is not providing
power.
A user has forgotten their PIN code.
The FUYL Tower is not operational but a user needs
to retrieve their items.
The system takes 30-40 seconds to boot, during
which time the display will be blank.
Using the provided key, open the control panel
door and check for the presence of flashing lights
on the electronics on the door.
Visually check for loose or unplugged wires in the
electronics behind the control panel door (safety
extra low-voltage circuit)
If no flashing lights, use the provided key to open
the electrical undershelf, and ensure that both
circuit breakers are switched on.
If lights are flashing in the electronics
compartment, but the display is dark, contact PC
Locs/LockNCharge for support.
Almost all error messages are fatal and indicate a
fault with the electronics.
Using the provided key, open the control panel
door and check for the presence of loose or
unplugged wires.
Carefully record the error message, and what
happened before it appeared, and contact support.
Check that the switch on the power socket is set to
ON by pressing RESET.
Use the provided key to open the electrical
undershelf, and ensure that both circuit breakers
are switched on.
