When an alarm sounds:
The display will flash and the alarm message will appear as in the table below.
The machine will stop if necessary
Important note: any work must be done by qualified person.
The alarm is cancelled automatically when the fault is cleared

MESSAGE FROM THE REGULATOR
Check the value entered and lower it if
Check the value entered and raise it if
Check the connection between the probe
and the regulator Replace the probe
BREAKDOWNS AND FAULTS
Check the electrical connection to the Heat pump (See wiring diagram)
For three phase Heat Pumps, check the phase controller. Reverse the phase order if necessary. Replace if faulty
Check that the HP and LP sensors are correctly connected (see wiring diagram)
Check that the HP sensor is set (press the blue button located on the HP sensor)
Check that the flow controller is in good condition and correctly connected Replace if necessary
Check that the KT start-up time delay is correctly connected (see wiring diagram) Replace if necessary.
Check that the LP sensor is in good condition and correctly connected (see wiring diagram)
Check that the fan is turning in an anti-clockwise direction when viewed from the front
The evaporator is clogged. Clean with compressed air from inside to outside the machine
Check that the HP sensor is in good condition and that it is correctly connected (see wiring diagram)
Insufficient water flow to the condenser. Reset the by-pass valve
