with the emergency switch placed on the electric panel installed and in order.
6. We confirm that the machine has been delivered to you in working order and, if present,

7. We confirm that the machine has been delivered to you together with the use and
maintenance manual which the person in charge must read, understand and have a
thorough knowledge of before operating.
8 In particular we have informed you about the existence of residual risks implied in the use
of the machine, so as it is specified in the use and maintenance manual.
IF, FOR ANY REASON, THE MACHINE SHOULD NOT FULFILL THE REQUIREMENTS ABOVE
MENTIONED FROM POINT 1 TO 8 AND IN PARTICULAR IF YOU ARE NOT AWARE OF THE
