4.4 MANUAL MODE OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Working time and speed are defined by the
user.
Plug in the connector at the end of the cable
coming out of the control panel below the
honey extractor.
Turn on the main switch located under the
honey extractor; the control panel will light up
as shown in screen A.
Using the direction arrows, highlight the
"Manual" heading and select the required
speed in either a clockwise (+) or anti-
clockwise (-) direction with the direction

arrows or .
Press the cycle start key (6) to start the honey extractor; after a few seconds the cage will start. Cage rotation
can be stopped with the pause key (12) or the
stop key (13). In both cases, the lid lock will
only allow lid opening after the cage has come
to a stop.
In case of danger hit the emergency button
(1).
If the mushroom-head emergency stop button
is pressed, the cage will slow down and then

stop. The honey extractor can be restarted
after 20 sec. Remember to release the
emergency button pressing it.
During honey extraction, regularly check that the level of honey at the bottom of the extractor does not rise
above the bearing protective sleeves. If it does, honey may leak out of the drainage hole for rinsing water.
