Cleaning the electrode pad:
• Please use clear water to wash or use wet cloth (instead of facial tissue) to
gently wipe up the electrodes when cleaning them.
• Do not use brush or fingernail to clean surface of the electrodes to avoid
scratching them.

5 | Maintenance

• Manufacturers did not authorize to any maintenance agencies abroad. The
manufacturer will not be held responsible for the results of maintenance or
repairs by unauthorized persons.
• Do not drop, repair or remodel the unit.
• In case of repair please contact the retailer Hydas.
• Damage caused by excessive force, abuse, improper use or service by un
authorized persons will void the warranty.

6 | Troubleshooting

The following table provides information on troubleshooting:
Malfunction
LED does not light after
replacing the batteries.
There is no or only weak
stimulation.
The treatment stops
unexpectedly.

There is dirt on the battery
compartment.
Batteries are used up or
inserted incorrectly.
There is dirt on the battery
interface.
The wrong batteries have
been inserted.
Do the electrode pads
firmly stick to the skin?
Is the connection between
electrode pad and
stimulator correct?
Batteries are used up.
The electrode pad has
been used too long and
does no longer adheres
well.
The electrode pad has
loosen from body.
Countermeasure
Check and clean battery
compartment.
Replace batteries or insert
correctly
Check and clean battery
interface.
Replace batteries with
AAA alkaline batteries.
Check connection and
re-stick it if necessary.
Check connection and
re-connect if necessary.
Replace batteries.
Replace electrode pad.
Check and re-stick the
electrode pad.
