Troubleshooting
Problem
Not working at all.
No sound.
The wireless connection is faulty.
The unit is not working properly.
The surround sound pattern is too weak.
The surround sound is unclear.

Possible cause
Power cable of the speaker loose or discon-
nected.
LAN cable between TV set and Module 3D
Orchestra Controller is not plugged in.
The 3D Orchestra sound system is not set up
correctly.
The volume is set to minimum.
The sound is set to mute.
One or more speakers are not connected to
your 3D Orchestra system, e.g. after a system
upgrade.
Other devices nearby use the same frequency
range.
The audio source (e.g. Blu-ray player) is set
to stereo.
The Sound mode is set to Mono or Stereo.
One or more 3D Orchestra speakers are not
connected to the mains.
The audio content being played is not recorded
in a surround sound format.
Remedy
Plug the mains cable into a socket
220-240 V 50/60 Hz.
Using the supplied LAN cable, connect the
DIGITAL AUDIO LINK socket of the Module
3D Orchestra Controller to the DIGITAL AUDIO
LINK socket on the TV set.
Repeat the room acoustic measurement (page
21).
Increase the volume.
Press or V+ on the remote control to re-
activate the audio output and then adjust the
volume level.
Press the reset button on the 3D Orchestra spea-
ker or on the 3D Orchestra subwoofer. Repeat
the room acoustic measurement (page 21).
Rotate the devices in different directions in order
to reduce interference to a minimum.
Switch off other devices that may interfere.
Unplug the mains plug from the mains socket
and then try plugging it in again after 30 seconds.
Change the settings on the audio source to a
surround audio format.
Set the Sound mode to Surround (page 22).
Check the power supply of your 3D Orchestra
speakers.
