In case of air or gas bubbles in the upper part of the electrolysis cell and the flow detector
is not submerged, the system automatically stops production, the "FLOW" indicator blinks
and the system display shows the message "FLO". The system is automatically reset as
soon as water flows inside the cell or once the bubbles are eliminated.
ELECTRODES
The system is equipped with an indicator for malfunctioning of electrolysis cell electrodes.
Malfunctioning is usually caused by the passivation process of the electrodes at the end
of their useful life.
Nonetheless, although the system is self-cleaning (direct and reverse polarity alternating
in an automatic manner), malfunctioning may also be caused by an excessive amount of
scales on electrodes when the system is used with water having high hardness and pH.
