FITTINGS Installation Instructions
1. Install the fill valve (A)
in the water supply
hole.
2. Connect the fill valve
using the adjusting
nut
(B).
installing the toilet,
place the gasket (C)
and
connect
flexible hose (D) (not
included) using the
nut on the supply
pipe.
3. Remove the safety
elastic
between the valve
and the flapper and
install the flush valve
(F) in the tank hole,
forming of 100 to 115
degree angle. Tighten
the flush valve using a
hex nut (G). Place the
flush
valve
(Gasket) (H) on the
adjusting hex nut on the flush valve at the bottom of the tank.
4. Remove the flapper (I) plastic cover and discard it in the trash.
Attach the flapper to the flush valve (F).
5. Place the top Push Button lever (K) on the upper tank lid hole so
that the actuating arm is on the right-hand side of the tank (tank
viewed from the front) and tighten from the tank bottom using the
locknut.
6. Insert the flapper chain (J) into the first hole on the lever (preferably,
the 15th to 16th hole). To sure insert into third hole three links.
7. Tighten regulator bolt (E) to set the float level in order to set the
water level (WATER LINE) located in the tank's inner wall. If necessary
turn right regulator bolt (E) for float up or turn left for float down.
9. Place the refill tube (L) from the fill valve (A) onto the flush valve
bracket (F).
10. Finally, check that the flapper (I) lifts correctly and that the float (N)
DOES NOT come into contact with the tank's inner walls or other
elements.
