6. FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION OF THE EQUIPMENT

The new range of pneumatic sealers 3900
Plus and 3900 Plus M are presented as a
light, compact, efficient solution, to cover the
basic needs of the workshop in tasks of
assembly of structures, repairs or fitting
windows and many others. To make beads of
product, to apply silicone and thick sealing
products.
In its versions for both cartridges and bags, it
has an air-operated trigger with a quick
discharge valve, for greater accuracy and
control of the product.
· Before recharging
the pneumatic
sealing gun,
disconnect it from
the air hose.
· Then release the front cover of the sealer and
insert the refill into the gun, pushing the piston
back to its initial position.
NOTE: It is important that the trigger is not
being pressed.
· Connect the gun to
the air supply
network.
· Adjust the amount of product by turning the
regulator.
Internal components manufactured in metal,
which ensures a long useful life as they do not
require any manipulation or maintenance of
any type.
Body manufactured in high-resistance
aluminium, front closure of the cartridge version
in distortion-resistant plastic. Robust product
designed to withstand a high workload.

7. START-UP

7.1 Cartidge preparation (3900 PLUS)
1. Cut the ends of the
cartridge and the fixed
nozzle at the desired
position and angle with
a sharp blade.
2. Fasten the nozzle
to the cartridge (if
necessary).
3. Remove the front
cover of the chamber
and insert the cartridge
into the gun.
4. Replace the front cover and ensure it fits
the chamber.
