Adjust the protector to its largest size and put it on. Now
adjust the headband so that the protector rests lightly

Cap attached
Adjust the protector to its largest size and fit the ear
2 cups over your ears. Adjust the ear cups so that the
cap/helmet rests lightly on your head.
