Set Up Instructions

Never point a spray gun at anyone else or place any part
of your body in front of a spray nozzle.
Check List – Before You Spray:
• Locate turbine unit as far from the spray area as hoses
allow.
• Be sure the spray area is well ventilated.
• Be sure that the pressure relief vent at the rear of the
turbine unit is free of obstructions.
WARNING
Your unit is now set up for use. See Spray Gun
Owner's Manual for spray gun user instructions.
• Be sure that the cup pressure relief screw is closed.
• Test fan pattern on scrap material first.
Regulator Adjustments (for 2-Quart Cup Assembly)
Set fluid pressure to 0-20 psi. Fluid atomizes best
within this range. Higher pressures may be required for
some applications.
Using fluid pressures over 20 psi may create "heavy
center" effects in the spray pattern. Changing the fluid
nozzle to the next larger size, then reducing the fluid
pressure will reduce the "heavy center" effect.
