Install voice data: If your phone

data installed, this connects to

not available if the data is already

Speech rate: Select how quickly

you want the synthesizer to speak.
Language: It opens a dialog where

you can select the language of
the text you want the synthesizer
to read. This is particularly useful
when combined with Always
use my settings to ensure text is
spoken correctly across a variety of
applications.
