French Toast Casserole
Serves 12-16 portions depending on size
Ingreedients:
8 eggs
½ cup milk
½ cup cream
1 cup honey
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preheat skillet to 350°F.
•
Combine eggs, milk, cream, honey, spices, vanilla extract and salt in a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour over bread and let soak for 1 hour.
•
Spray the skillet with a nonstick spray and add the bread mixture, making one even layer in the pan. Any extra
base can be poured over the top.
•
Close the lid and let the casserole bake for 40-45 minutes checking periodically for color doneness.
•
After 40 minutes turn the skillet off and let it sit for 15 minutes.
•
Best served with maple syrup and powdered sugar.
NOTE: This recipe can be served directly from the skillet or you can cut slices using a rubber spatula.
