ottobre 2004, riguardante i materiali e gli oggetti destinati a venire a contatto con i prodotti alimentare, ed al regolamento
2023/2006/CE del 22 dicembre 2006, della Commissione sulle buone pratiche di fabbricazione dei materiali e degli oggetti destinati a
venire a contatto con prodotti alimentari, ed alle normative nazionali D.P.R. 777 del 23/08/1982 e smi; DM 21/03/73 e smi.
The machinery complies with the general provisions set out in the Regulation 1935/2004/CE of the European Parliament and of the
Council of 27 October 2004 regarding materials and objects intended to come into contact with food, the Commission Regulation
2023/2006/CE dated 22 December 2006 on the good manufacturing practices of materials and objects intended to come into contact
with food, the national laws Presidential Decree 777 dated 23 August 1982 and its further amendments, Ministerial Decree of 21
March 1973 and its further amendments.
La machine est conforme aux dispositions générales du règlement 1935/2004/CE du Parlement et du Conseil du 27 octobre 2004,
relatif aux matériaux et objets destinés à entrer en contact avec des denrées alimentaires et du règlement 2023/2006/CE du 22
décembre 2006 de la Commission sur les bonnes pratiques de fabrication des matériaux et des objets destinés à entrer en contact
avec des denrées alimentaires et aux règlementations nationales Décret du Président de la République 777 du 23/08/1982 et ses
ultérieurs amendements, Décret ministériel du 21/03/73 et ses ultérieurs amendements.
