To change a name or number
1. Press DIRECTORY and then ENTER;
2. Select a name and press ENTER twice to access the Change mode;
3. Use the
new name;
4. Press ENTER and the number will appear. If you want to change it, follow
steps 1-3, as above;
5. Press ENTER to confirm the changes.
To delete a name/number
Press DIRECTORY and then ENTER. Select the name you wish to delete and
press DELETE.
To access the Directory
1. Press DIRECTORY and the total of the registries will appear on the screen;
2. Press ENTER and move through the names using the
keys or type in the first letter of the desired name. All names beginning
with that letter will be shown on the screen;
3. Press ENTER and the respective number will be shown;
4. Then press SPEAKERPHONE or pick up the phone. The number on the
screen will be dialed automatically.
Note: if there is no registry, the message "Directory Empty" will appear on
the screen.
