Please review the checklist below should you experience a problem with your

II. If the problem persists after following the proposed solutions, please
contact your distributor.
Warning: The following patient's related factors may prevent accurate readings:
Blocked root canals,
Teeth with large apices,
Root fracture or perforation,
Metal crowns or bridges, if they come into contact with the file or the lip
clip.
Problem

Solution
1. Open the battery
compartment, and
connect the battery as
described in the User
Manual.
2. Replace the battery with
a rechargeable type as
described in the User
Manual.
3. Replace the battery with
a new one.
1. Charge the battery.
2. Try pressing the
"ON/OFF" button
several times.
3. Contact your distributor.
