Screw the nuts up into contact with the plates,
Tighten the nuts, making sure that the plates are hard against the structure and parallel with each other,
Finish the tightening by "half-turns" simultaneously on each nut, making sure that at least 2 threads are visible on each side of the
threaded rods.
TIGHTENING TORQUE: 20 daN/m. Caution! Excessive tightening may distort the plates.
The fastenings and any accessories supplied are designed to suit your situation; if in doubt contact us!
When the installation is completed check that the top point is aligned with the intermediate attachment points (if any) and the bottom

activated). For safety reasons, never use a system if the fall indicator has been activated.
Tools required:
Two 19mm spanners or 2 adjustable spanners.
Installation:
Position the energy absorber on the top point,
The absorber should be installed vertically, with the rotating part to the bottom to allow the cable to rotate freely over the whole length of
the installation,
Fix the energy absorber using the fastenings supplied,
Tighten the nut reasonably without excess, making sure that at least 2 threads are visible on the screw after tightening.
The other end of the absorber (swivel part) should be fitted to the support.
The connection between the top anchorage point and the absorber plays a key role in the event of a fall; pay particular attention to it.
