8. WARNINGS
Failure to fuse and connect the sensor according to these instructions will void the product
warranty. Incorrect wiring will cause failure, permanent damage or serious injury.
Connect in-line fuse of the amperage specified for your pump model.
Proper voltage range is 10.5 to 28.8 volts DC.
The connected pump may draw up to a maximum of 20 amps.
Please note that incorrect installation or use of non original Whale parts may invalidate
the warranty.

9. ASSEMBLY
Please follow the step by step assembly instructions laid out in Figures 1 to 4 before attempting
to fit your service kit to MKII or III models of the Whale grey waste tanks. (For reference of which
model of tank you have please refer to Figures 5 to 11. All tanks shown are 8ltr (2.2 US gals)
models, but the same instructions apply to 16ltr (4.4 US gals) tanks). For AK1002B with double
switch, the same assembly steps apply.
For MKI models pull the brown and black wires completely through the 2 wire grommet on the
clear lid and discard this lid. PLEASE NOTE: The lid included in this kit is not a replacement for
the white lid which has been discontinued.
