Install the SCA06 on a level surface.
ƒ
Do not put heat-sensitive component parts right above the SCA06.
ATTENTION!
Provide independent conduits or gutters for the physical
separation of signal, control, and power cables.
Keep sensitive equipment and wiring 0.25 m away from
the SCA06, cables between the SCA06 and motor.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION

DANGER!
Make sure the power supply is disconnected before
starting the installation.

ATTENTION!
The information contained in the SCA06 manuals is
merely a guide for proper installation. Comply with
applicable local regulations for electrical installations.

Power Terminals:

The power terminals may have different sizes and configurations,
depending on the model of the SCA06 [see user manual – Chapter
3 – Item 3.2.1 Power Terminals – Figure 3.4 Power terminals, Table
3.1 Maximum torque on the power screws].
L1, L2 and L3: Supply line.
+UD and –UD: Connection with DC link.
BR and +UD: Connection of the brake resistor.

NOTE!
For the proper dimensioning of the cables, take into
account the installation conditions, maximum voltage
drop accepted, and follow the applicable standards
for electrical installation.

Connection of the Supply Line to the SCA06:
DANGER!
The input power supply must be compatible with
the rated voltage of the SCA06 model (verify the
nameplate on the product).
DANGER!

Provide a device to disconnect the SCA06 power
supply in cases of emergency or maintenance.

Connection of the SCA06 to the line and Motor:
DANGER!
Provide a device to disconnect the servo drive power
supply.
This device must disconnect the power supply to
the servo drive when necessary (for example: during
maintenance jobs).
DANGER!
Montez un dispositif de coupure sur l'alimentation
du servo drive.
Ce composant déconnecte l'alimentation du servo
drive si cela est nécessaire (ex. pendant l'entretien
et la maintenance).
ATTENTION!
The supply line that feeds the servo drive must have a
solidly grounded neutral.
