WARNINGS ABOUT
THE DETERGENTS
The unit is equipped with the following safety devices for which we provide a brief
description of their function:
– Fuses protecting the electronic circuits
Protection against a fault in the low voltage devices and circuits.
Action: cuts power to one or more low-voltage circuits.
– Safety thermostat on the heating resistor
Protection against overheating of the heating resistor.
Action: interrupts the electrical power supply of the resistor.
– Safety thermostat on the drying resistor
Protection against overheating of the drying resistor.
Action: interrupts the electrical power supply of the resistor.
– Door blocking mechanism
Protection against accidental door opening (also due to a black-out).
Action: it prevents accidental opening of the door during a cycle.
– Monitoring of the equipment operation
Real time monitoring of all significant parameters when the machine is powered.
Action: generation of alarm messages (in the case of anomaly) with possible
interruption of the cycle.
"MEDICLEAN" detergent (DR. WEIGHERT) or other type with equivalent characteristics
(ex. DECONEX 23 NEUTRAZYM - Borer Chemie AG).
MEDIKLAR Additive (DR. WEIGHERT) or other type with equivalent characteristics, to
eliminate traces of water residue.
The suggested products has been used to carry out the performance tests on the unit.
•
Only use recommended chemical detergents and additives. The use of other products
could damage the machine.
T
HE
USE
OF
MANUFACTURER
MATERIALS AND OBJECTS
•
Follow the indication provided by the manufacturer of the chemical products.
The unit was designed to operate with water and chemical additives. Do not use organic
solvents or of other types.
DANGER OF EXPLOSION OR FAST DETERIORATION OF A FEW
COMPONENTS OF THE MACHINE
•
Solvent or acid residues, especially the "hydrogen chloride", damage the steel; avoid
the contact.
•
Never use washing powders.
•
Never use foam detergents.
•
Do not use chemicals based on chloride (chlorine bleach, sodium hypochlorite,
hydrogen chloride etc..). These chemicals irreparably damage the unit and affect the
integrity of the instrument.
