WARNING
Disconnect from the power source before
carrying out any maintenance operation and the accessories
are depressurized.
Only those repairs described in this manual can be carried
out. Trained personnel must carry out any other job.
Use only original spare parts. Only these spare parts are
designed and are adequate for the device. Any other type
of spare part can endanger the user, the environment and
makes the Warranty Void.
After each disassembling of components, all

the joints shall be renewed.
Increase the preliminary
pressure
If with the passing of time the device starts after a light
water outlet (approximately 0,5 L), the preliminary filling
up pressure shall be reestablished in the device tank.
1. Disconnect the plug.
2. Open the pressure line (open the male or the water
nozzle). Let the water flow out completely.
3. Unthread and remove the flush cap. The air control
valve is set in the rear side of the device tank.
4. Connect the air pump or compressor into the air control
valve connecting one "pressure valve" and a pressure gauge.
5. Blow up to the preliminary filling up pressure (preliminary
filling up pressure: 0,17 MPa - 0, 19 MPa; 26,1 PSI - 29
PSI).
6. Connect the device and double-check the functioning.
To prevent having problems we recommend checking
regularly the tank pre-loading pressure. At this point
disconnect the device from the feeding source and open
the feed key to eliminate the pressure from the system.
Then, Measure the pre-load pressure using the valve set
in the rear side of the tank. Measure with an independent
pressure gauge.
Repairs carried out in an incorrect manner can cause the
device operate in an unsafe manner. It endangers the
operator and the environment.
In some cases small defects can cause malfunctioning.
Usually you can correct them.
Check the following table before seeing a Truper®
Authorized Service Center. You will save money and effort.
Storage
When the device is not going to be used for long periods
of time (1 year) it is advisable to flush completely (open
the flush cap). Remove residues with clean water and store
in a dry place away from low temperatures (frost).
If there is frost warning disassemble the device and
accessories, clean and store them in a place away from
freezing temperatures.

Disassembling and storage

1. Turn OFF the device. Disconnect the plug.
2. Open the pressure line (open the male or the nozzle).
Let water drain completely.
3. Drain completely the pump and the device container.
4. Disassemble both the suction and pressure lines in the
device.
5. Store the device in a frost-free area (at least 41 ºF).
