The DanLoad 6000 unit may now be put into
Operating (Loading) Mode, which is program code
025. Using program code 343 you can select
whether the unit uses Auto or Manual operating
mode. Auto mode provides remote control
operation, by communicating with a terminal
automation system and locally validating
configured safety circuits. In Manual mode the unit
communicates status to a terminal automation
system, but without remote control functions. In
Manual mode, the unit also performs local
validation of configured safety circuits.
20.
The DanLoad 6000 provides several means
of troubleshooting/diagnosis. Colored LEDs on the
display panel indicate: (Yellow) Auto Mode
On/Off/Flashing, (Green) Permissive Power
On/Off, and (Red) Alarm Status On/Off/Flashing.
Diagnostic tests are available in Program Mode.
Crash Memory logs are automatically generated if
a processor memory error is detected. For specific
information on conducting diagnostics or
troubleshooting, refer to Section 4 of the DanLoad
6000 Reference Manual (Part No. 3-9000-670).
If these methods do not solve the problem, contact
your local sales representative.
