Cooling plate elements

Important safety information

▪ The accessory set is only intended for
use with the WMF Ambient cooling &
warming plate (item number: 04 1545
0011).
▪ Switch off the appliance and always
disconnect from the power supply
before you replace the accessories.
▪ Follow the safety instructions for the
WMF Ambient cooling & warming plate.
Purpose
The WMF Ambient cooling plate elements are designed to
keep cold food cool on the WMF Ambient cooling & warming
plate. Once the cooling capacity decreases, you can extend
the duration of the cooling function by replacing the cooling
plate elements.
Using the appliance for the first
time
Remove all packaging from the set of accessories.
In order to provide maximum cooling capacity, the cooling
plate elements must be chilled for at least four hours in the
freezer at -18°C before being placed in the appliance.
Note: Risk of frostbite from direct and prolonged skin con-
tact with the cooling plate elements when they are frozen.
Before using the appliance for the first time, refer to the
instruction manual for the WMF Ambient cooling & warming
plate.
The hot plate must be completely cold before the cooling
plate elements can be placed on it. The cooling plate ele-
ments must not be heated.
Caution: Always use both cooling plate elements from the
accessory set and make sure they are always placed next to
each other (never on top of each other). Risk of glass break-
age if the cooling plate elements overlap.

Cleaning and care

Do not use any abrasive cleaning agents or sharp objects to
clean the appliance.
Wipe the cooling plate elements with a damp cloth.
The appliance complies with European directives
2014/35/EU, 2014/30/EU and 2009/125/EU.
At the end of its life, this product may not be
disposed of in normal household waste, but
must instead be taken to a collection point for
recycling electrical and electronic appliances.
The materials are recyclable in accordance with
their labelling. Reuse, recycling and other ways
of reutilising old appliances make an important
contribution to protecting our environment.
Please ask your local authorities for information
about the appropriate disposal point.
End users are personally responsible for deleting
any personal data that may be stored on
appliances they are disposing of.
