4.2 Adjustment of swing phase

The order for the adjustment of the swing phase is as follows:
Attention!
The flexion screw must never be unscrewed beyond the
end stop. This will result in loss of the flexion function!
1. To adjust the flexion resistance (F),
remove the front protection cover.
The prosthesis wearer must stand
with extended knee in upright
position. Turn the valve screw
clockwise with a 2 mm allen key to
increase the flexion until the heel
rise of the prosthetic foot is equal
to the heel rise of the other foot. To
increase the heel rise, turn the valve
screw counter-clockwise.
For precise and simple adjustment,
the joint features clicking sounds;
6 clicks are one full turn. The basic
factory flexion setting is 2,5 turns
or 15 clicks from fully inserted
screw.
