In addition to the legal warranty of quality rie:sel design – Ulrike Rieber and Henry Kosel GbR offers a warranty
of 24 months from the purchase date on material and production defects We stand for a high quality, which
is ensured by constant checks Should there still be a problem with our products, please do not hesitate to
contact your specialist dealer or rie:sel design We always find an obliging solution even beyond the warranty
period in order to keep you in the rie:sel family
There is no warranty for:
– improper handling or use
– use-related wear
– failure to comply with operating and installation instructions
– damage from falls / accidents
Warranty claims for the product must be clarified and are at the discretion of rie:sel design rie:sel design is
not liable for compensation for damages, especially not for indirect damages, non-immediate damages or
consequential damages Claims for material deficiency and warranty claims can only be asserted by the first
owner with valid proof of purchase For a warranty claim please send us a short description of the defect with a
picture of the product and the receipt to info@riesel-design com

Crash replacement

In addition to statutory liability for material defects and warranty, we also want to keep you in the rie:sel design
family beyond these radical measures For this, we offer a crash replacement program that supports you in
the event of a fall or carelessness in everyday life If your product is no longer mobile, we will grant a special
discount on the non-binding recommended retail price
Conditions:
– We will change the product only with an identical model If the model is no longer available, rie:sel design
reserves the right to replace the damaged item with an equivalent alternative item In this case we will inform
you beforehand
– We will grant a special discount of 25 % on the local non-binding recommended retail price
– The offer is valid only if the function of the product no longer exists Pure visual damages are excluded
– The crash replacement offer does not apply to grossly negligent or wilful damage
– Conversion and transport costs are not covered by rie:sel design
– Validity: First owner, 2 years from date of purchase
Settlement is carried out directly by rie:sel design For a crash replacement query or warranty claim, please

as soon as possible and will discuss the further procedure with you by e-mail
