attempted service, repair or modification by anyone other than an
Authorized Technical Service agent, authorized by our Authorized
Technical Service (ATS).
In the case of damaged product
Please contact your local
www.amateaudio.com to find your nearest distributor to apply for a
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) procedure. When returning
equipment to a Technical Service office, we recommend that you take
the necessary measures to protect the product to avoid the possibility
of damage or wear and tear during transit. When returning a defective
product, it should be sent back in its original packaging with all its
accessories and internal protection elements. Amate Audio reserves
the right not to accept any returned product where packaging is
damaged. Upon receipt of the material, the Authorized Technical
Service agent will make an assessment of the damage and determine
the cost of repair or, if applicable, the extent to which it is covered by
the warranty.
Warranty Rights
The product indicated in the purchase invoice is for professional use,
and is protected under law 23/2003 of July 10th about Warranties in
the Sale of Consumer Goods. Notwithstanding, Amate Audio
voluntarily grants WARRANTY over possible defects in manufacturing
for the above mentioned period for each specified Series or product
group.
Conditions: the buyer has been informed as to the required
maintenance of the material purchased in order to keep it in perfect
working order. The purchaser has received an instruction manual with
the technical characteristics and instructions for the correct use of the
acquired product. The buyer, on receipt of the product, inspects the
material to ensure there is no visible damage or defect and that it
functions correctly, as described.

2. Guarde y siga estas instrucciones
3. Limpie el aparato sólo con paños secos.
4. No instale el aparato cerca de ninguna fuente de calor, como

5. Este equipo debe ser reparado por personal cualificado del servicio
técnico cuando:
A. Algún objeto o liquido haya dañado el aparato; o
B. El equipo no funcione de una manera normal (correcta); o
C. El equipo se haya expuesto a la lluvia; o
D. El chasis esté dañado
6. El aparato no debe ser expuesto a caídas o salpicaduras de agua.
No sitúe objetos o recipientes llenos de agua sobre o cerca del
aparato si no se tienen la suficiente protección.
7. Para su instalación o colgado, use sólo accesorios recomendados
por el fabricante.
