After setting the desired start-up delay, select
<< BACK << to set the date and time.
Only if you have set a start-up delay time, you will see the
set delay time when the Ballast Connect is restarted.
Custom startup delay
Push 5x to skip.

Put the cursor in front of "Set" and press the PTK to save
the settings and return to the main screen.

5.6 Set temperature

On the Ballast Connect you can set the "normal" and
"overheat" temperature, provided that a Temp Probe
(not supplied) is connected to the Ballast Connect.
ATTENTION: Before connecting the Temp Probe you
must first switch off the Ballast Connect via the
"maintenance mode" (see section 5.14). Then
disconnect the Ballast Connect from the socket. Plug
the Temp Probe into the Ballast Connect and
reconnect the Ballast Connect to the socket.

At "Overheat T" a lamp will be turned off.
At "Keep lamp 3/4 No" you can select the option "Keep
lamp 3/4 Yes". If this function is enabled two relays, L3
and L4, will remain switched on even if the temperature
is above the set alarm value.
At "Normal temp" a lamp will be turned on.
No lamps will be switched between "Normal temp" and
"Overheat T".

A notification is displayed during an over-temperature
situation.
If there has been an "Overheat" situation, the "Temp
Protect" LED will flash. This LED is reset at the beginning
of a new cycle.

5.7 Minimum/maximum temperature display

The Ballast Connect can display the actual temperature
and the measured minimum/maximum temperature,
provided that a Temp Probe (not supplied) is connected
to the Ballast Connect.
