a. Insert your �ireless router's AC adapter to the DC-IN port and plug it to a
po�er outlet.
b. Using another net�ork ca�le, connect your modem to your �ireless router's
WAN port.
c. Insert your modem's AC adapter to the the DC-IN port and plug it to a po�er
outlet.
d. Using the �undled net�ork ca�le, connect your computer to your �ireless
router's LAN port. Ensure that the WAN and LAN LEDs are �linking.
NOTE: You can also set up RT-AC68U using a mo�ile device such as
smartphone or ta�let PC. To do this, go to Setup your router using a
mobile device for details.
4. Disable some settings on your computer.
a. Disa�le the proxy server, if ena�led.
b. Set the TCP/IP settings to automatically o�tain an IP address.
c. Disa�le the dial-up connection, if ena�led.
