4.1 For the counter

Provisions
• the hot table unit maintains the temperature
of foodstuff during distribution, i.e. for short
periods.
• use the counters only indoors
• the units are made to store/display only cooked
and precooked food
• operations inside the electrical panel are re-
served to qualified staff only
• hot table units are designed to be used in:
kitchens, canteens, hospitals, bakeries, butch-
ers etc., but not for the continual mass produc-
tion of foods.

4.2 For the goods

Provisions
• load the counter so that the goods from a
longer time is sold before the newly received
goods (stock rotation)
• load the counter in order observing capacity
limitations
• use containers suitable for preserving the
goods

4.3 For the environment

Provisions
• room temperature and humidity should not
exceed the specified values
• maintain the maximum efficiency of the air-
conditioning, heating and ventilation systems
of the point of sale
• protect the goods against sunlight

4.4 For use

Provisions
• work with caution and diligence.
• always use the PPE (personal protective
equipment) provided (cap.3).
• perform maintenance on a regular basis.
• all interventions needed on the counter should
be performed by a specialized technician.

Prohibitions
DO NOT heat:
- plastic containers,
- paper, food wrapped in paper or aluminium foil
- sealed foods
- frozen foods or packaged in aluminium con-
tainers
DO NOT remove protections or panels that re-
quire the use of tools in order to be removed
DO NOT remove the cover of the electrical panel
The unit is not suitable for cooking
Prohibitions
DANGER!: flammable propellant. Ex-
plosion.
DO NOT introduce spray aerosols
DO NOT introduce:
- foodstuff different from that indicated
- drugs
- fishing bait
DO NOT overload the counter
Prohibitions
• Avoid having air currents or the output from
the air conditioning system aimed directly to-
wards unit openings.
• Limit the temperature of the irradiating sur-
faces that are present in the sales area, for ex-
ample, by insulating the ceilings.
Prohibitions
DANGER! Live parts.Electrocution.
DO NOT use/touch the counter with
wet or damp hands and feet.
Cooling foodstuff.
DO NOT open the drain valve.
Use of the unit is PROHIBITED
• by children, do not allow them to play with the counter
• by staff:
- with reduced physical, sensory or mental
disabilities
- without experience or knowledge on how to use
the counter
- persons who cannot safely use the unit
without supervision or instruction
- not sober, under the influence of drugs.
