Insert 10 Amp Fuses (Provided) in the
following locations:
Trailer Park Lamp, Position F41
Left Turn Trailer Stop/Turn, Position F21
Right Turn Trailer Stop/Turn, Position F17
Trailer Back Up, Position F8
Insert 30 Amp Fuses (Provided) in the
following locations:
Trailer Brake, Position F34
Trailer Power, Position F30
Insert relays. (included)
NOTE
The use of relays that differ from the relays
included can result in the unit not to function
or may damage the vehicle and or trailer.

2. Locate the vehicle's towplug located under
the vehicle on the passenger side. Locate
the opening to the right of the vehicle muffler.
Reach up into opening to locate the vehicle's
grey towplug
protective cover and discard. Connect the
towplug harness into mating harness. Check
to see that the mating surfaces of the wiring
connectors match. All connector surfaces
should be clean and free of dirt. Be careful
not to damage the locking tabs and be sure
that connectors are fully inserted with
locking tabs in place.
3. Plug the 7-way socket (provided) into the
Trailer Tow Harness. Route 7-Way to the
center of vehicle. Mount the 7-Way end in an
accessible location with a bracket or electrical
box (not included). Secure the remainder of
the T-connector harness with the cable ties
provided, to prevent damage or rattling and
being careful to avoid any areas that would
cut or pinch the wire.

WARNING
Route the wire being careful to avoid any hot
pipes, heat shields, the fuel tank or any other
points that may pinch or break the wire.
WARNING
All connections must be complete for the
T-Connector to function properly. Test and
verify installation with a test light or trailer
once installed. For initial test, reset vehicle
electrical system by temporarily removing
the key from the ignition.
WARNING
Overloading circuit can cause fires. DO NOT
exceed lower of vehicle manufacturer rating or:
• Max. stop/turn light: (10 amps)
• Max. tail lights: (10 amps)
• Max. backup: (10 amps)
• Max. power circuit: (20 amps)
• Max. trailer brakes: 3 Axles/
6 brakes (18 amps)
