1.6 Connect telephone surge protection and USB

Connect a single line telephone into the RJ-11 telephone surge protection "IN" jack
on the back of the UPS. Connect from the "OUT" jack with telephone cable to a fax
modem.
Connect the supplied interface cable to the USB computer interface port on the
back of the UPS. Connect to the computer. Download and install software from
www.atlantis-land.com. See software document for installation instruction.

1.7 Operation Test

 Connect the UPS to the wall receptacle.
 Push on the Main Switch, after some seconds LCD Display AC Mode is on.
 Connect your computer equipment with sockets of the UPS and pull off the input
power cable of the UPS from the wall receptacle to check the Battery MODE is on
(instead of AC Mode). Meanwhile, please check if alarm buzzer is beeping every
10 seconds
 Try the field working condition by running some application programs on your
computer and repeating step.
