Service: Inspection/Cleaning
1. Remember to disconnect the power supply when cleaning the appliance.
2. Do not use volatile solvents, such as soup, cleaning detergent, thinner, gasoline or alcohol to clean the appliance.
3. Do not spray water onto the appliance to clean it.
4. Power off the appliance and drain off the hot and cold water when it is left unused for two or more consecutive days.
5. Perform system purge 2-3 times after prolonged period of non-usage.
Troubleshooting
No water is dispensing.
• The cause of this could be lack of water being supplied to the dispenser. Check the water supply or valve to ensure continuous supply of water to the
dispenser. Switch off the dispenser immediately to avoid overheating if water supply is not available
Noise detected during reheating.
• This is natural.
Low flow rate when dispensing water.
• Too much water dispensed within a short time frame. Wait 10-20 minutes for water reservoirs to be replenished.
No response when a key is touched.
• This may be due to an electrostatic effect or the keys being out of order. Contact the manufacturer or authorized service agent for assistance.
Light is blinking all of the time.
• This may be due to water overflow from the tank that could be triggering the protection program. Contact the manufacturer or authorized service agent
for assistance.
