• In any case, the system remains in self-teaching mode(continuous
buzzer) for a maximum of about 25 seconds before the recei-
ver automatically returns to normal mode (buzzer OFF).
• During the self-teaching procedure, the receiver outputs are
disabled.
5.5 Deleting a remote control
1. With the receiver powered up, hold down the delete button (see
fi g.1): the LED and the buzzer come ON (continuous buzzer.
2. Press any button on the remote control you want to delete.
3. The LED and the buzzer will go OFF to indicate that deletion
of the remote control is complete.
• To delete more than one remote control, repeat stage 2 above,
holding down the button.
• This procedure is useful for deleting remote controls which
have been saved by mistake. However, you can subsequen-
tly save the remote control deleted in the receiver again,
following the procedure described above.

5.6 Procedure for acquiring identifi cation data from a
cloned, imitation or killer remote control
1. Disconnect the power supply and insert the JPCL jumper.
2. Power up the receiver and wait for the memory test to be
completed; this is signalled by a series of BEEPS.
3. You can now acquire the identifi cation data of a cloned,
imitation or killer remote control by following the instructions
in section 5.4.
note: acquisition takes approx.12 seconds.
Repeat steps 1, 2, 3 for each remote control unit whose identi-
fi cation data you want to store to memory.
When you have fi nished, switch off the power supply, remove
the JPCL jumper and then power up the unit again.
6. ACCESS CONTROL MODE
6.1 Mode 0 – Base
Aprimatic remote controls are supplied already programmed with
a unique serial number.
Without the need for any other programming operations after
the remote control is bought, installers with the special Aprimatic
tools can program the access control mode of the receiver at the
same time as self-teaching of the fi rst remote control (procedure
described in section 5.3 above).
The default mode pre-programmed in the remote controls and
transferred to the receiver at the same time as self-teaching of
the fi rst remote control guarantees maximum safety (hopping
rolling code) for all types of installation.
WARNING. Attempting to clone or copy the radio transmission
decoder puts a block on the transmitter concerned, making it
unfi t for use. If this happens, an installer must be called to re-
program and/or cancel the transmitter.
Aprimatic s.r.l. may not be held responsible for incorrect
system operation due to cloning of their remote controls
with others not manufactured by them.
