USE AND MAINTENANCE

1. After setting the pump, check again the insulation resistance and
confirm the cable is not showing any damage. Turn ON the pump to
check everything is working correctly. Double check if voltage and
current in the control box comply with the technical parameters specified
in the pump. The pump can be used now after checking the flow rate
and there is no vibration or noise.
2. After the pump runs 5 hours for the first time, turn it OFF to check
the insulation resistance to heat. It shall not be lower than 0.5 M .
3. The time interval between being OFF and restart shall be 30 minutes
to prevent damage to the pump because the reflux is not complete. The
starting times in 24 hours shall be lower than 10 times.
4, The pump working life can be extended, after the normal operation,
the regular inspection of voltage, work current and resistance of the
insulation.
If any of the situations in the list below are still there, turn OFF the
pump immediately for Troubleshooting.
1. Current exceeded 20% of the rated current in the rated height
and rated flow.
2. When the dynamic water level is below the inlet joint, water
gets pumped intermittently or it runs in vacuum.
3. Violent vibration of the pump and pipes.
3. Voltage is too low.
5. A fuse in the control box is blown.
6. Resistance to heat of the motor insulation to ground is lower
than 0.5 M .
7. After the pump has been running one year or after being
submerged 2 years, take it out to clean the debris or to replace
worn parts.
