Charging Procedure

Attach the round connector end of the charger cable to the battery. This is done by aligning the key
of the cable connector with the slot in the battery connector and pressing in while turning clockwise
one quarter turn. Refer to Figure 4-1 for the location of the connector.
Plug the battery charger into the AC mains power. The LED on the charger should turn ON
indicating that charging has started (refer to Figure 4-2). The LED has different modes that are
explained on the label on the charger. These are also listed in Table 4-1.

the charger will shut off.
Depending upon the charge condition of the battery pack, charge time to full capacity could
take a maximum of 6.5 hours.
The charger will automatically turn itself off after approximately 11 hours if left plugged in.
