NOTE:
In the case that the reservoir seal becomes dislodged from the reservoir,
call your Transcend miniCPAP dealer for a replacement.
Replacing the Soft Heater Wick
The Transcend 365 miniCPAP will have either a ceramic wick or a replaceable soft wick
included with the humidifier. The ceramic wick does not need to be replaced if distilled
water is used. Should you have a replaceable soft wick and after using the device for
several months you experience dry nose or throat symptoms, this may indicate the
need to replace the wick. To order replacement wicks, call our customer service line
at 877-621-9626.

Disconnect the power source, remove the humidifier reservoir, then turn the CPAP
device over and you will see the wick cover. Turn it a half turn and pull to remove it.
2. Pull out the old wick to remove it and discard.
3. Place the new wick into the wick cover, then insert the wick into the humidifier.
NOTE:
Minimize handling of the new wick media to avoid contamination.
