5. Troubleshooting
Solutions
If the bumper is stuck, gently tap the bumper and check if the
bumper bounces back. If so, restart WINBOT. If problem persists,
please contact customer service.
A. Check if the Edge Detection Sensor is covered by the Cleaning
Pad.
B. Check if there is debris on the Edge Detection Sensor. If so,
clean the detection sensors.
C. Please check if the Edge Detection Sensors are damaged. If
so, please contact customer service.
Check if there's debris on the Fan. If so, clean the Fan as
described in Section 3 Maintenance. If the problem persists,
please contact Customer Service.
Use the Direction Control buttons on the Remote Control to
direct WINBOT to move to a spot at least 10cm/4" away from
window corners and obstacles. Restart WINBOT. Alternatively,
detach WINBOT from the window and attach it to a spot at least
10cm/4" from window corners and obstacles. Restart WINBOT.
Make sure Safety Pod is attached to the glass firmly and the
safety tether is fastened and locked. Hold safety tether and use
the Direction Control Buttons to move WINBOT away from the
stuck area. If the problem persists, please contact customer
service.
